Purpose of This Site

This Site is provided to let commercial drivers with a valid CDL-A apply to become owner-operators with AD Freight Express. Submitting the form does not create an employment or contractor relationship; it is the first step in our recruiting process. Any figures shown for gross revenue (such as the $8,000–$13,000 weekly range referenced on this Site) describe results reported by top-performing partners and are not a guarantee of income. Actual results vary based on season, trailer type, freight availability, routes, and other operating conditions.

SMS, Call and Messaging Consent (TCPA)

By checking the consent box on our application form and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to be contacted by AD Freight Express, and by service providers acting on our behalf, by phone call, SMS/text message, and/or prerecorded or autodialed message, at the number you provided, for purposes related to your application and our recruiting process. You understand that:

• Consent is not required as a condition of employment or any purchase.
• Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
• You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and request help by replying HELP.
• You can revoke consent for calls at any time by contacting us at hr@adfreight.net or (847) 727-0597.

Eligibility and Application Accuracy

By submitting the application form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide (including CDL-A status, driving experience, and truck ownership) is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. AD Freight Express reserves the right to verify the information provided, including motor vehicle records (MVR) and Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) history, before finalizing any partnership.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Site to submit false information, to interfere with the Site's normal operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.

No Guarantee of Results

Statements about fleet size, load volume, years in business, gross revenue ranges, or partner testimonials on this Site are illustrative of past or typical results and do not guarantee any particular income, load volume, or business outcome for any individual owner-operator.

Third-Party Links and Tools

This Site may link to third-party services (such as WhatsApp) or use third-party analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Tag Manager). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AD Freight Express is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on information provided on it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
