• Information you provide directly: name, phone number, and answers to our short application questions (CDL-A status, driving experience, truck ownership, and preferred start date).
• Automatically collected information: pages visited, device and browser type, and advertising identifiers such as UTM parameters, Google Click ID (gclid), Meta Click ID (fbclid), and TikTok Click ID (ttclid), used to measure which ad brought you to the Site.
• Cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, used for analytics and advertising measurement.

How We Use Your Information

• To evaluate your application and contact you about owner-operator opportunities at AD Freight Express, by phone call, SMS/text message, and email.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our recruiting process.
• To measure and improve our advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse of the Site.

SMS and Call Consent

If you check the SMS/call consent box on our application form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from AD Freight Express at the phone number you provided, including through an automatic telephone dialing system and/or prerecorded messages, for recruiting and account-related purposes. • With our internal recruiting and dispatch team to process your application.

• When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AD Freight Express, our applicants, or the public.
